Office Clerk (Kai-Builder Development) – Brunei Muara

Job Description :

  • For Local & PR Only.
  • Maintaining files and records so they remain updated and easily accessible.
  • Answering calls to note down messages or redirecting calls to appropriate colleagues.
  • Utilize office appliances such as photocopier, printers, scanner etc. and computers for word processing, spreadsheet creation etc (MS Office: Word, Excel, Publisher etc).
  • Recording and updating databases.
  • Undertake basic bookkeeping tasks and issue invoices, official receipts etc.
  • Assist in office management and organisation procedures.
  • Reception tasks.
  • Perform other office duties as assigned.
