Clerk (FITMENT TYRE COMPANY) – Brunei Muara

Job Description :

  • Maintain files and records so they remain updated and easily accessible
  • Answer the phone to take messages or redirect calls to appropriate colleagues
  • Knows the basic of using microsoft office
  • Undertake basic book-keeping tasks and issue invoices, checks etc.
  • Assist in office management and organization procedures
  • Monitor stocks of workshop supplies and report when there are shortages
  • Perform other office duties as assigned
  • Flexible in doing the task given
  • Have a positive and friendly attitude
  • Able to work under-pressure
